For me, my preference and more like security need would have to be I don't like to have anything stuffed in my mouth. It is not that I wouldn't want anything in there to make an effective gag, but more so I can't for safety reasons. I have a horrible gag reflux that means I have to stick with only otm gags and the occasional bit gag when it isn't acting up. This is unfortunate because I would love to try different mouth stuffings and other types of gags and finally be able to have an effective gag.

Voted! Had to go with dirty socks. A (dirty) cloth gag would be a close second.

Anything clean wouldn’t be fun for me. Gotta keep a sub squirming hard against their nasty gag. Perfect way to humiliate them too.

I like this gag alot But I wanted it a little tighter, so I changed the original a bit by cutting off the original latex straps and putting a tooth guard inside and with a solid leather strap. You kan guess witch wote is mine then.

In real life though, there's a little problem and that's that I have a really sensitive gag reflex. This problem also makes going to the dentist rather horrible for me.

Well Sir, I'm happy as long as you are having fun.

I've only ever done self tying and gagged. But I love dirty socks stuff in my mouth and tape wrapped around my head tightly. I've also done the same with piss soaked socks

I don't like stuffing in general. I'm paranoid about it going to far into someone's mouth and that person then choking to death.

But aside from that probably undewear because its funny. Clean ones of course since the alternative would be gross, causing someone to throw up...and then also choke to death if the stuffing doesn't get out.

Stockings are my preferred option. I will happily accept anything else my dom prefers to stuff my mouth with except socks and panties.. especially DIRTY ONES.. that is an absolute NO NO!

Tights rather than,stockings. Clean cloth. I also like ball gags.

Love girls' bare feet. Love them in my mouth. Not quite a gag but my second choice would be her recently removed stockings.

I would have never thought of using a sponge. Thanks for the tip.

I'm surprised so many people said dirty socks. Sucking toes and licking feet can be OK when they're clean but even sweaty toes are gross, without having sweaty socks to contend with! For me it's clean cloth with tape or a cleave gag.

I would choose the "clean" options mostly due to the fact that even during bondage, safety and hygiene is still priority. I don't wanna get sick after the session.
