Stories of Tie Up Games

I don't remember the author, title, or characters, but I remember the plot pretty well. Guy goes to a college party with the intent of asking out his crush. Some other guy who likes her is already there hitting on her, and that guy's sister ambushes the protagonist (I think she flirts with him first), ties him to a bed, gags him, and tickles him relentlessly with her friends. She tries to get him to promise to leave his crush alone so her brother can have her, but he refuses, eventually escapes, and gets invited to his crush's room to spend the night when she learns what happened. The tickler's brother also fumbles the bag really badly and gets tasered (!!) my the crush for his troubles.

I have been trying to find this story for ages, I know it was posted here, can someone help me out?
