Punished because of my Ex

My Ex broke up with me a few weeks ago. She wanted the sympathy though so she lied to all her friends and family. You can be her friend, sister, mom, etc. How would you punish me for breaking her heart and make sure that I couldn’t convince you it happened differently? I’m M 30 slightly chubby, dark hair, and short beard.
