Here is an idea:

A guy returns home from college for the summer, and helps mow the lawn for the woman next door, and in exchange, he ties her up,


Next, another woman, and the guy tricks her into an escape bet, which ends up with him playing with her at the end.


Next, another woman arrives unexpectedly, and they play a tie up game.



All characters are over eighteen.
