When I try to access to tugstories.com, it seems it uses the plain HTTP protocol. For using SSL the user must digit the explicit HTTPS prefix (https://tugstories.com).
Why the hosting service does not set the HTTPS protocol as the default one (it is a very simple Apache/NGINX configuration)? Consider that it is useful, especially because usernames and passwords are used for login here.

I do not know what browser you use, but in Mozilla Firefox there is an extension called "Smart HTTPS" that forces the page to HTTPS if possible. I use it on my Windows computer for Firefox.SwitchException wrote: ↑1 year ago When I try to access to tugstories.com, it seems it uses the plain HTTP protocol. I usually surf this site by Chrome on mobile phone, and it is strange in 2023 not having the default protocol set to HTTPS (in EU it could be "illegal" because of GDPR and use of credentials).AlexUSA3 wrote: ↑1 year agoI do not know what browser you use, but in Mozilla Firefox there is an extension called "Smart HTTPS" that forces the page to HTTPS if possible.
