Site Hosting Problems?

Lately I've been having troubles connecting to the site. Initially I thought it was a me problem, but today, after the outage at around... 2 PM Romania time, I checked in with my friends and it definitely wasn't a me problem. It's been running worse and worse for the past 2-3 or so weeks? What's been going on?

Other than the issue this morning (which is due to me needing to update some information on my hosting account), the site runs fine for me.

Other than today's outage, it seems to be working well enough if a little slowly.
