Video Files?

I just converted a video from flv to mp4 thinking I could post it here, but it says that this media file could not load because of the file format. I'm wondering what video files are allowed on this site?

Uh, no. Videos take up too much server space. If you want to share a video do through a third party video such as YouTube.
