I have some pics I'd like to post how do I do that on here? They're saved on my phone.

Post them on a hosting site (I use DeviantArt)
Click on the "Insert image" button.
Position cursor between the brackets.
Post the address of your pic.'

Good luck.

Hi!

I was wondering if you might be able to help me. I’m a newer author here and trying to figure out some of the technical aspects of posting still. I have a new story on the Fic for Adults page and part of it involves posting images in the story and replies. I’m using Flickr to host the images I’m trying to post, but when I copy the url between the Image brackets, all that is happening is a little square picture emoji appears with no link/image to see. Has this happened to you before? Do you know how to fix this?

Sorry to bug you!

Hmmm . . .
I see it happen with others.

I am not into tech but perhaps someone else might be able to help.
@cj2125, @Johnsnow, @Veracity, @Solarbeast, @chadmc90
Please can you give our friend a better explanation than I have managed?
Thanks.

@TapeTurtle
It's cause you're not posting the actual image link. You're trying to post a site link/url address.
That doesn't work and is not at all the same as an image link.

Image links on Flickr (and other hosting sites) always end with .jpg
You need to open your image to its largest size, right-click on it and then copy the image link.
You'll immediately see that the image link has nothing do to with the flicker address bar link.
