Stories of Tie Up Games

So I created a makeshift setup for mummification that I immensely enjoy, but the base I had for it wasn't working well enough to hold it tightly well I was in the self-mummification phase. It essentially is just a shower curtain tension rod that I clamp either tape or saran wrap to and I either spin myself or spin myself in a chair. I'm looking for suggestions on bases that won't move under the tension of the self-mummification process or better alternatives to the setup I already have. Also trying to avoid anything with water or the need to pour in sand or concrete as I live with my parents and don't really have a place to set anything like that up whilst also trying to avoid my parents.
