I like to use normal normal tings. I use my jeans in som ways as armbinder or as hood
But i have som bought things too:

I have redesigned an old MC-helmet to bondageuse by puting biketube inside to blow up

I keep mine stowed in two gym bags, kept in a closet.
It's a little embarrassing, but I've got quite a collection:
More than 1,500 feet (approx. 500 m) of nylon rope in six colors
A set of leather wrist and ankle cuffs
Chains and padlocks for the leather cuffs
Standard police handcuffs and ankle cuffs
One 3-inch leather collar
One 2-inch leather collar
A leather blindfold
Seven single-strap ball gags of various colors and sizes
Two harness ball gags
Satin-like fabric for blindfolds and gags in three colors
Several rolls of vet wrap
Several rolls of electrical tape
Set of clover-style nipple clamps

Sounds like what the boys who bound and gagged me did initially. Except we decalred no collrs or nipple clamps.

Man I remember the days of having a tangled pile of ropes/materials crammed under my bed or in my nightstand. Was always a pain to deal with. So glad that years ago I finally organized my stuff. Separated coils of ropes, placed them in labelled plastic bags, then all the bags went into a zip-up gym bag. That bag now resides in my closet. My gear consists of:
- many lengths of rope
- duct tape
- bondage tape
- shoe laces
- a couple ball gags (though only one is actually useable)
- strips of cloth
- clothespins
- flogger
- vibrator
- riding crop

When tying up a female partner, I usually use their collection of long socks and tights/pantyhose. One the one hand, hosiery is quite comfortable, yet restricting if done right, on the other hand it's easier to explain a heap of socks and tights on the floor than ropes, cuffs and gags
In case there's no hosiery is available, duct tape comes to use, but never on bare skin.

I have some rope and pink leather fluffy handcuffs.
A lot of people suggested that I also should try a gag so I purchased a black ballgag (45 mm diameter) last week and tried it this weekend. It was so difficult to talk, my boyfriend couldn't understand what I was saying. Works a lot better than tape

Socks, scarfs, tights in My wife's wardrobe.
If i'm not playing with My wife i usualy use whatever i can find(every Girl has loads of bondage gear It seems)

I keep everything in a travel suitcase (which desperately needs some organizing). Most of the items are colored red & black, and consist of:
- Harness Panel Gag (never gets used because I bought it without realizing the ball was plastic)
- Pinwheel (Which is supposed to also deliver electric shocks, but rarely works)
I used to have some other gags, but the GF's dog ate them

Several pairs (different brands/styles) of police handcuffs and a pair of shackles.
Kept in a box in my closet.
Fairly easy access to duct tape (with the regular tools.) No rope at the moment.

Handkerchief gags and blind folds. I haven't been tied with rope in forever since my friend got me a under the bed restraint system. It feels so comfortable to be in.

To tie them: thin rope, ribbon or sometimes laces and rags.
To gag them: socks (dirty or clean), tape and kitchen towels. Sometimes I can use their own shirts or scarves

Several hanks of hemp and jute rope treated with oil and beeswax, 6mm for small people, 8mm for larger bodies.
Specifically I like to use silk 6mm for wrists though.
Some gray pvc tape, large cloth diapers, strips of jersey knit fabric, and socks for gags. My favorite for aesthetic purposes though are japanese tenugui towels.

I Put all the equipment inside a woven bamboo box at the side of my Bed, So1 anytime Bobby wants to Tie Me Up, he can do it easily. Inside the box you will get:
- a pile of white cotton ropes
- Ductape : Black and Silver
