I would definitely say Duct Tape.

Oohhh tough call. Honestly I could go for any of the following:

- rope
- cloths strips (cut from bed sheets)
- scarves
- duct tape

Perhaps I'd let my damsel choose. Rope might have a slight disadvantage as I assume a rope gag would get painful/uncomfortable pretty quickly.

For me, I would go with bed sheets with scarves not far behind. I would say that bed sheets are very much like duct tape where you can do almost everything bondage related with them, but bed sheets are much more comfortable and can be used better for long-term bondage.
