“You know, escorting you off the property every day or so is beginning to get rather tiresome.”
Bella froze. She was crouching underneath a window in the dusky darkness. Slowly she turned around to face the voice that had discovered her. Her long sleeved black top underneath a black leather jacket and dark grey leggings had seemingly had no effect on improving her ability to hide. At least her feet were warm this time as she wore a pair of white fluffy knee high socks and knee high black leather boots.
“I know you are up to no good. I know it.” Bella muttered defiantly sounding unhinged.The blonde haired beauty had recently turned 34. Her hair was hanging loosely down to the small of her back. She kept herself in good shape and was around 5”5 in height with striking hazel eyes. Her naturally large breasts bulged underneath her leather jacket.
“Yet here you are again. No evidence and nothing but false accusations to give as the reason for whenever i can be bothered to contact the police about you. Another wasted evening.” The man smirks in disbelief.
“Where is she? We both know you are behind Katie’s disappearance. Why won’t you just admit it?” Bella gave a determined sigh.
“Is this off the record or on it? I know what you reporters are like.”
“I will get my story.”
“Is Katie actually missing? As last time i checked she was not showing up on any pages and her safety had been verified with the police.”
“You made it up. I don’t believe you.” Bella whispered exasperated.
“Thats up to you.” I shrug. “Just because you want something to be true doesn’t make it the case. It makes you sound delusional. I think its obvious why you are here.”
“Oh yeah, what do you know?”
“Well what I see is a failing reporter desperate for her big story to re-launch her career. I think you are obsessed in believing something with no evidence.”
“Paa” Bella shook her head.
“Most reporters would be giving up by now...even if their job and rapidly decreasing reputation depended on it.” He then crouched down so that they were at eye level.
“I would be more than happy to give you a tour of what is really going on here...but not as a reporter.” The man couldn’t help reeling her in. He could tell her desperation.
For the first time in a while Bella’s interest was peaked. She had to know. The unknown had been consuming her for weeks now. She paused for a moment contemplating.
“What would it involve?” She asked.
“You would need to be prepared to follow my every instruction. I’ll show you what you crave to know and fill in those gaps but also protect my interests and not allow you to use anything. Maybe then you can stop spending your evenings repeatedly trespassing onto my property? Who knows, maybe you’ll like what you see.”
Bella was tempted. The man was right, this potential story had begun to consume her. Maybe she had been too focused on it. This would give her the answers she craved and keep her out of trouble. Her job would not be happy but it would give her mind some peace.
“What do you mean by instructions?” She queried.
“I’m just protecting myself from your potential story and to make sure you can follow commands.” The man grinned. “You can either come inside, get the answers you so badly seek whilst following whatever i ask of you but probably lose your job through lack of a story? Or you can decline and i can call the police, which would lead to an arrest and probably mean you lose your job that way? Especially with you being on your final warning. Its your choice.”
“Fine. I’ll do what you want. No police. Just you and me.” Bella finally answered.
“I’m glad to hear it.” The man grinned offering a hand for Bella to grab hold of to help herself up from the floor. She had no idea what was in store for her but her curiosity mixed with excitement overshadowed her inner-suspicions.

As Bella got to her feet she was about to reach for her handbag containing all she had brought with her but was halted by an abrupt “don’t.”
“Yes sir.” She answered placing her hands back by her sides.
The man was taller than Bella at 5”10 with short brown hair and blue eyes. On this evening he was wearing a red and white chequered shirt and black jeans. Beige boots completed his appearance.
He leaned closer to her until their heads were nearly touching. “If you actually want me to show you what I do here then you need to be comfortable following instructions.” He whispered. “Are you really willing to do anything to please me?”
Bella hesitated. This was beginning to feel quite intense. “I think so.”
“Think?”
“I know so. Whatever you wish. I’ll do anything to make you happy and so you can show me.” Where had that come from? She placed a hand over her mouth instinctively to stop her from saying anything else that was stupid. She was aware her desperation and intrigue was beginning to show.
“Good. That is a nice surprise.” The man grinned. He then licked up her handbag. His eyes kept contact with hers as he sifted through it. Bella said nothing. Suddenly it was her that was being judged.
“Remove your jacket.” This instruction interrupted her thoughts. She was barely aware she had complied automatically until she folded the coat over her arm. Was she in a trance or something? She was al in and willing to do anything to please.
“Good. Very efficient. Now i need to make sure you are not wearing any recording devices or anything like that. Make a star shape, i’m searching you.”
“Yes sir.” She answered before obediently making a star shape. The request was a little perverse but she was happy to proceed.
She watched as his hands began at her shoulders, sliding down her back and underneath. She gasped as he reached her breasts and gave them a firm squeeze. He then crouched down and ran his hands all over her left leg, right leg and finally over her crotch and ass. She couldn’t explain her reaction. His touch not protested against but instead welcomed. Part of her yearned for more but she had to focus, as hard as that would prove to be.
“Good.” The man said snapping her back to the present. “I don’t want you touching anything so hands behind your back.” He instructed stepping behind her.
“What...? Oh...okay.” She responded in a state of slowly increasing arousal. Before she had chance to register why that was a compromising move she felt the firm lock of each cuff around her wrists before the handcuffs were locked into place. They were secure, tight but it was not painful or overtly uncomfortable. In the moment she had dropped her jacket on the floor. He picked this up for her along with her bag.
He then started walking towards the front of the house before pausing. “Well come on then...” he sounded as she hurried along behind him. She was still getting used to being cuffed in such a public manner and yet thankfully nobody else was around.
The property itself was a large complex. It was a grand imposing stately home with 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The stone built structure was secluded and tucked far away from seemingly the outside world. Bella had always been fascinated by this property.
Once they had reached the front of the property, there was the small matter of the numerous stone steps to climb. Bella found it strange that even though she was not heavily bound, her arms cuffed behind her back somehow made this everyday task harder.
Finally after quite a bit of effort they had reached the two large wooden doors. They almost looked original as they had the familiar signs of wear and tear without compromising their purpose as doors.
The man stood by the doors but paused. Bella was hooked. He knew this.
“Are you sure you are ready for this? You may see some things you are not used to, which is much of the idea behind this place.”
“I understand. Please, I want to experience it all.” She smiled. With that sentence she knew she had inadvertently given away her final piece of desperation.
He swung the doors open and the pair walked inside. Bella’s eyes took a moment to adjust, it was not what she was expecting...

Bella’s heart raced taking in everything she could see in the large open plan front hallway and living area. The contrasts were both amazing and difficult to understand. Much of the property remained the same to what a normal mansion of this type would contain. There was nice furniture, luxurious surroundings and a general feeling of a 5* hotel.
Then there was the part she could not get her head around just yet. There were women tied up. Some were hogtied, others walking around just cuffed. There was a multitude of outfits on display from catsuits to lingerie, bikinis to naked. It seemed like nothing was off the table.
However the most striking thing was that despite most of them noticing her arrival, nobody was pleading for release. There was no panic, no warning to her to leave it was almost...normal.
“I bet you are wishing you could spill the beans on this story!” The man interrupted her thought process.
“What...how....why? Huh?” Was all she could respond.
“I can imagine you are thinking these people are being kept against their will or this is some illegal operation. You are probably contemplating turning around and running or staying and learning more. That is up to you but our deal stands.” Bella didn’t like this sentiment. It was like he was reading her thoughts aloud. How was he doing that?
She composed herself. ‘Come on Bella, you are a journalist. Get to the bottom of it.’ She mentally recited to herself.
“I guess I will start at the core. Why are all these women tied up?”
“Because they want to be.” He grinned. “Let me explain. As you are probably aware I have made a lot of money throughout my career enabling me to afford this mansion amongst other things. However after a while of living that lifestyle of private jets, endless holidays and fast cars I realised what else I could do with my money.” He paused letting Bella soak in this information.
“So, I decided to have some real fun and engage in one of my interests. Once I spread my idea around the communities that hold a keen interest it didn’t take too long for people to be interested. Welcome to my bondage retreat.”
Bella’s head was so full of questions. He was either a rich person that has completely lost touch with reality and needed help, somebody that had taken a hobby or interest way too far or actually doing good providing a presumably safe space for those that like to be tied up to be so.
“Oh-k.” She answered. “So they are here by choice and tied up like they are because they want to be?”
“Of course. Its a retreat so some stay for a few days, a week whilst some have stayed a...fair bit longer. There is a thorough interview process to work out if we are compatible.” He paused before turning his back to Bella and looking out over his various captives as if they were his empire. “I’m just providing a safe, private space for these women to indulge in being tied up, gagged and to explore their deepest darkest fantasies. In return I also get to indulge in some tying, being a dom and of course...enjoying the view and the perks that come with it...”
Bella was still processing all this new information. She couldn't deny that none of the captives appeared unhappy or neglected. His story at least added up but something still niggled at her. “Of course master.” She smiled before making eye contact with Bella.
