It can be a good look. I like the knee-high boots look on women, especially with skirts. It can make the bondage stand out if the boots are dark and the rope is a light color.

But you have to beware--boots provide a perfect place to hide tools to escape.

I don't really understand not trying to struggle and at least see if you can get free. If your objective is to escape, obviously, you're going to have to struggle some. Even if you don't really want to, it increases the feeling of helplessness knowing you'd really have trouble getting loose.
