If I like the story I usually leave a comment, however I'm rather picky regarding what I enjoy.

Comments make authors happy and happy authors make for a vibrant site.

I prefer shorter chapters, mostly due to my difficulties reading on a computer screen. Five minutes is about all I want to spend at one time.

May I suggest breaks (blank lines) between paragraphs and (especially) dialogue? My tired old eyes have trouble scanning large blocks of text.
