I’ll confess to loving the ‘active’ style of your writing, describing the events in motion. As they happen rather than just this happened and then this.

The meathead having an ATAR of 68 stings a little, having gotten a lightly lower ATAR myself (varied reasons).
Still a delight to see an Australian writing stories, it’s a rare joy to see cultural references I understand entirely.

Having been the (last night) recent recipient of a paddling I can safely say that screwing with someone’s ability to breathe during a paddling is beyond cruel. Only way I found to regulate the pain intake and power through it, weak pain tolerance that I have non withstanding.

I feel Phil is a fairly deserving target for some constant light torment.

Oh I voted for Shawn but I think Joey would have also been a fun choice.

I really enjoyed that they actually did use a safe word and did communicate what they liked and disliked about the process.

Some proper suffering, excellent the smugness has drifted away.

Sometimes a tough drama chapter has to occur, still doesn’t mean it isn’t a bit of a gut punch though.
