Stories of Tie Up Games

Hey all, I've been trying to track down a story about a guy who is let know that he is meeting a childhood friend he hasn't seen in years which may or may not have been on the old site. Basically after picking her up from the airport the two spend the night in his house and watch a movie where the protagonist gets tied up. One thing leads to another and she eventually convinces him to tie her up as a challenge.
