Request for a story, where a guy forces another guy to dress up

I would like to read a story about two college students (guys) who live in the same dorm. One of them dressing nicely, the other like a slob. The first one should tie the other one up, to force him to wear dress clothes.
Considering there might be a forced change in clothes, this might be actually for adults, I'm not sure. But aside from that, it should fit in the "For Everyone" section.
I'll probably write something like this myself if no one will, but I would like to read a take on this from someone else.
