Long time, no see. Sorry! I didn't mean to neglect this site for so long. Happy to be posting something here again. Please enjoy!

It's a lot like the game H.O.R.S.E -- One player takes a shot with the basketball, and the other player tries to make the same shot. If you don't make it, you get a letter. It starts with "B," then "O," then"U," and so on. The first person to spell "B.O.U.N.D" gets, well, bound! Honestly, I didn't think Tom would be up for it. He had a confident smile, well deserved in my opinion. Clearly, he was more athletic than me. Maybe it was just luck on my part, or maybe my specific interpretation of how the game's rules were interpreted. When the game was over, Tom wasn't smiling so big. Strips of silver tape covered his mouth. The look in his eyes implied he'd be frowning if he could. Only a couple minutes after I finished did Tom gesture to me. Did he think this would be a quick thing? I shook my head and picked up the basketball. The rules were clear: The first to spell "B.O.U.N.D" get bound. The rules didn't specify when the loser would get untied, or that the winner had to even help untie the loser. Seeing as I kinda made up the rules on the spot, I didn't get that far. Tom didn't look too thrilled when I told him I'd have to take a minute to consider when the game should end for the loser. Plus, it was getting pretty hot. Tom let out a grunt as I headed into the air-conditioned house. When I looked out the window, he was still there, bound up in his little ball, fiddling with the ropes.
