Stories of Tie Up Games

Alright female doms, here is a scenario for you. It's a society where law enforcement is entirely female and you have some leniency with how you capture/hold prisoners. When making an arrest, you can tie, gag, and transport your prisoner to jail however you want whether it's tied to the passenger seat of your vehicle or hogtied in the trunk. You also get to decide how the prisoners are held in their cell. You can keep them mummified on their beds, tied to a chair with a ballgag in their mouth, etc. Say you were on this all female-force. What would your arresting process for a prisoner look like and what would be your preferred method of containing them in their cell be?

I loved your reply! It made me feel the sudden urge to jaywalk in front of you lol. I ended up posting that one because with the way this one was phrased, it seemed like it wouldn't get many answers.
